eurovox 2006

hello there, just been given a eurovox 2006 blue for nothing.
plugged it in and can only get bbc1 c4+1.
all the other channels say scrambled, is there something im doing wrong or does anyone know what i need to do to get the thing back up and running. im pretty new to forums so be patient with me..

It probabily need softwa*e update.
Softwa*e in the downloads section and read the "sticky" it explains what to do and cable required to do it.
If u get stuck come back and ask m8.

check to see if it's a genuine or a clone, there is a guide in the downloads section. If ou put the genuine software on a clone you'll goose it
