yes you can use the ufl you used to flash your box connect to your pc the same way then click upload to save to your pc then the download next to it to put them back onto your box or to save all that work look in downloads for a cdf for your area

if its just a manual scan or channel update, as well as the above comment you could just turn the autosort feature off. that would find the new or missing channels and leave your existing ones in the order you set them.
