i live in kingston london every now and then i am losing channel.whenever i rescan i get them back.the problem it mess my favourites. i went on menu ,tried to turn fav off but i cannot.please advise.

press info twice while you are on the channel ,then make a note of the frequency ,then go to user installation and highlight that frequency by pressing ok then press the blue button on your remote and it will just scan that frequency and will take about 30 seconds.
