Eurovox 5000 problem Ireland

I have a eurovox 5000 and downloaded the fix for naravision 2 for ireland. It appears to scan well but then gives me a message '' no transponders available''. I alsocannot get into the codes when I press menue and yellow button.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Sorry m8 but its all over for Ireland nthell customers. They have moved to N3 now so the N2 fix you are doing will not work.
