Hi guys, im a bit new to all this. I have a eurovox-max dont know what number it is it is black in colour if that is any help, anyway my question is i have alot of channels on the box that are blank and no longer exist ie,trouble etc how can i get rid or can i update it so they are not there anymore. There my menu is old on it not like what i have seen on this forum, any ideas people?

If channels have gone missing, you should do a clear date/factory reset and re scan using the correct symbol rate for your provider. Freq. may have changed. Also make sure you have the latest firmware on box.
