Need help with clone box

hi there guys as u can see im new here but i realy need some help.

i have two eurovox MAXV's
one clone
1 genuine

ive been told i can fix the clone by connecting the two of them together and transfering files over but dont hav a scooby what im doing.

if someone out there could help me id attpeciate is very much
