    eurovox max v

    hi all i have eurovox max v 2008 box worked great in hartlepool have just moved to newark on trent and cant get box to work both areas im on virgin media and have there box which works ok any ideas ?

      Hi welcome to the fourm it will be your symbol rate that's wrong try 6887 and do a power scan if not that one then try 6952

          yeh welcome to the forum..agree with chic..your boxe is 6952 by default so you need to change it to 6887
