EUROVOX IDENTIFICATION

Hi!

A very good friend has lent me an ancient and venerable EUROVOX MAX...

Here are the details I've managed to glean:

MODEL -- DVB-XC BOX

SW 1.0. SSC4 OCT 20 2006

HW VERSION 2.0 OCT 20 2006

BOOTSTRAP V 0001 CA MODULE V1.7C

He has no box or Manual for it -- so how do I identify which
EUROVOX it is Please?? [Do I up the Bonnet and look for some particular item ?? To Identify if it's BLUE [2006] or a CLONE ]

Incidentally, it's working FINE -- but I wonder would a FIRMWARE UPDATE make it work even better??!! [I've no great wish to do this - first of all I'd have to buy a RS232 Null Modem Cable !!] -- or should I leave well enough alone??!!

Hi m8 it's got to be a blue or a red have a look at this it will help you find out whitch one it is you will find the firmware you need in downloads Digital Kaos - Downloads - Eurovox...spot the difference
