EuroVox Max Problems

Hi all, Could some1 pls give me some advice on my EV Max.. A few days ago it stopped working (update codes). Since then I have downloaded the latest Key gen, but it does not seem to update the keys.

Is this a problem that we all are experiencing or is it just me.. Please advice on what I need to do to get my box up and running. If I flash it will it Work ???
