Ex1100 update

All the channels on my EX1100 show as scrambled. Can anyone point me in the right direction of help please.

I'm just downloading the current firmware and will give that a go. Do I have to enter any codes?

I have updated the firmware and all the channels are now working.

I update the firmware by USB and there was no need to perform a new scan.

I have been losing channels for a bit now, mainly premium channels like Sky Sports and Cinemagic and rescanning doesn't make any difference.

I have noticed there is an updated firmware download for this model however a google search took me to a forum where there was claims that pirate beta versions were bricking the boxes.

I am going to attempt to update the firmware from this download but had better leave it now till after the match else OH will have a fit if it goes off before, .

Does anyone know approx how many hours of tv you can record per GB of storage space on the ex1100?

Do I have to update the codes on my box after I flash it? If so what are the codes or how do I access them on my box?

No m8 dont bother getting any cable box for now as nag3 is around the corner and will kill every box. You will waste your ?s.
Look into getting a C/S box if you must.
