eurovox ex5100 pvr

hi i am not sure i am writing in the right place but here goes i have a 5100 pvr and lost some channels and some are comming up saying channel scrambeld and some saying code up dating but nothing happing i have flashed with what i think is the latest frimware im in southern ireland box was working perfect up to last week please help if possible thanks to ye all for helping me in the past as i am not very bright when it comes to computers and gagets please forgive me if this is in the worng place

try a factory reset m8 then rescan, then leave it on sly sports 1 to update

There were 2 frequency changes in Limerick recently.Tp 380,000
changed to 452,000 and 426,000 changed to 460,000.If you want to
try these,press menu,installation,select user installation.Select
380,000 then select colour button for chedit on left of screen.Then colour button for modify and change 380,00 to 452,000.press ok to save.Do the same for the other frequency and save.On your first screen press the red button to update channels.The box will now scan
13 tps,when finished it will automatically save and return to a tv
channel.If its the same as Limerick you should have your missing channels.

I have a eurovox 5100pvr, I currently have firmware dated jan 09, is the firmware available on this site newer than this?
