eurovox ex1100 usb

hi all new to all this just got a 1100 usb and could do with a little help? we plugged it in and got all the chanels but the wife has buggered it up with messing with it (wot an excuse i know ) i have factory reset and scanned but no channels i live in the burnley area lancashire and im wondering what the tp frequency should be and symbol rate and modular? also power scan etc start fre and stop fre sym rate and modulator should be any help would be much appriciated

sym rate is 6952 put a 0 in the other three sym options in the power scan menu, all other options should be correct if you done a factory reset.

So you have tried SY 6887 and 6952 and didnt bring up any channels.
Are you able to view any FTA channels?
Have you got the latest firmware installed to your box?
Is the cable plugged into the RF IN on the back?

hello yes i have tryed them all but nothing is coming up i cant get any channels

this problem has been experienced before and the workaround was he inputted a frequency manually and scanned that frequency and it picked up about 10 channels he then did a quick scan and pulled in all channels

I can't get the firmware to load. Seems to go to 85 then crashes. Any ideas to help would be much appreciated!

Please help me!!! I have got all the channels however theres only about 5 what work and they are only free chennels : bbc1,2,3 itv1 channel4 5. The rest of the channles are scrambled like skysports1,2,3 ESPN and all the others. I am new to this so i dont no a lot. Thankyou!!!

m8 have you flashed your box yet?

is ther anyway to connect the eurovox ex1100 to a usb port on a pc, so you can record to your harddrive
and not use a flash card or tv card

i have connected the box to my pc using the usb port
but my pc is not picking up anything
