help with eurovox max v

my mate has bought this box. i think without any software on.

one thing that is confusing me is the standby light is constantly on, when i press nothing happens.

ive tried updating with latest firmware, but when i press download i get a system reset... constantly and nothing updating

any ideas??

turn the box off at the plug and then send the software over to the box and then turn the box on at the plug a second or two later

When you get the message "system reset" just unplug then straight back in again and it will start the download

You only need to do this the first time the box is fashed any other time when your updating the firmware you wont get this message
