Error ff01

Anyone ever had error ff01 on a eurovox max blue (not clone) i think it may have to do with the scart, it started when my remote wasn't responding but the remote worked on my other one, so I re loaded the firmware and downloaded ny cdf file, now the remote switched the box on and off but i'm left with error ff01? any help much apreciated guys,,

Can you get into the menu folders? if so i would do a factory reset and start again m8.
