    Anyone lost Signal?? Plz help

    Hey guys,

Ive got a eurovox 1000 sl, and its been working perfectly since ive had it (3months). However the last couple of weeks has been rubbish. I lost all channels and solved that by updating the code using keymaster.

But the last few days i have been experiencing jumpy pictures and scrambled channels, my signal bar is all over the place at times. I recently bought a Konig attenuator which helps a smidge!

I have no splitters and also recieve broadband from VM.

I am in Surrey if this helps, as it may be a regional issue.

I believe i have the latest firmware installed, and have read this problem may be down to VM changing things?

Does anyone know how to solve this? or experiencing similar problems?

    Thanks in advance

Hi me welcome to the forum if you have the latest firmware installed there is no need to to use keymaster the keys should auto update as for your problem make sure all connections are tight

I have checked my connections all seem to be fine. When i plug the VM box in that works perfectly. The signal for my channels that work are around 79% but even then they are jumpy. all other channels say no signal.

Is it just me, or do you think other people are experiecing it, as ive heard the keys have rolled quite alot recently.

How can i double check wat firmware i have. as the guy did it for me when i bought it.

Don't worry M8 not your box, VM upgrading the network for impending doom, Cisco headend kit being installed Ive had it for 18 months but seems to have settled down now. Save the hassel, there is nothing you can do to correct it.
            Keep calm carry on.
