sct_in0000000b showing on ex700 lcd scereen

Cant get this to flash, read all the threads but this one just wont do it, tried 2 pen drives, when i put the pen in and boot up it says found pen drive, (not flash file) this is on screen

When i first got it there was nothing working not even a menu, after putting in the pen with the firmware i got menu and all stations but only fta, Ive done everything correct but it just wont flash, if i cant get it working soon ill just forget it and wont post any more and go back to my ex 5100
is the pen the only way to load ? thanks.
MANAGED AT LAST DID IT WITH LEAD, SORTED THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED, WOULD NOT DO IT WITH THE PEN.

The ex7000 has a RS232C Serial port at back. You can flash it from your PC using a null modem RS 232 cable. Are you sure you have formatted pen drive to FAT32 via the USB management utility in menu.

THANKS FOR GIVING ME THE LINK, THE ONLY ONE WHO DID, NOW ITS WORKING THANKS TO YOU, AFTER 7 DAYS ON THE FORUM YOU CAME UP WITH THE ANSWER, COULD NOT GET THE PEN USB TOO WORK FOR SOME REASON, I AM NOW SO HAPPY, ALMOST SENT IT BACK, ( GLAD I DIDDENT NOW) YOUR A MATE.
