Only getting 10 channels after rescan.

Hi all,

I have an old Eurovox max. I rescanned for channels last night and have now lost them all but 10. I have restored factory settings and done many power scans but all I ever get is the same 10 channels.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi m8 welcome to the forum did you put the correct symbol rate in b4 you did a power scan

Yep. I checked it against my area (Croydon) and used 6.952

No. Oddly enough they are Animal Planet, Health and Living, Discovery channel, Turbo, and some other obscure ones.

go to user installation and see if you have all the freq's if not then do a factory reset and delete all channels (i know you have already done this) switch box off/on at the mains then menu>installation>user installation>ok>power scan start at 100.000 and the symbol rate for your area if you dont get all the channels with 6952 try with 6887

In user installation there is only one channel at 118 frequency. Should the Modulator be QAM64?

Should the Modulator be QAM64 yes press menu and on language settings press ok then type 1968 and enable the 2 btm options
