ex5100pvr deleted channels

hi ive lost all my channels on ex5100pvr, first off they scrambled so i went to re scan but deleted my channels instead div' now i can only get about ten channels bbc crap. somebody help me pls? thanks but no need to reply post, done a re'scan and everything back to normal. it must have been nthell.

had same problem with my box 5000pvr but after about 10 mins they all came back on again without a rescan
