hello all i have 2 green lights on my box not cloned some 1 said it was pus r cap14 but been to electrial shop and the power is fine and when i press reset button inside it says lock n e ideas thanks

its normally the c14 cap or jtag

but first try to reflash whilst doing black button reset

leave power off the box and start the firmware download
whilst holding the black reset button down put power to box then release button and hopefully the firmware update will start
be careful, use something insulated to hold button down when powering up

thanks man i will try this hope it works if not whats a jtag
