    why am i only getting 4 secs recording before it stops on my hard drive pvr 5100 ive tried recording different channels and its the same

      sounds like it could be a firmware issue, have you tried different firmware?

          I had this i returned it to my supplier he changed the box and it is fine now

                  ok guys its working ,a just switched it of at the wall left it for 10 then it worked when switched on ,,cheerz
