hdd for ex7000

Hi all can anyone give advice as to best record to a ex7000 ie. the best device wether that be a usb memory stick or a bigger external hard drive and what they think of these machines. Thanks for all help this is for a friend of mine who's pc is in the sick bay.

I bought the following package:
Eurovox EX7000 HD+ & 320GB USB Hard Drive

You could see if they'll sell the hard-drive on it's own.

I've had no problems with mine.

I have put together some HDD in caddies for customers - they are easy to DIY though.
