Hi.
I have my VM feed coming in from the street via the bedroom and then from the terminal there under the floor to the living room where it is split to my Eurovox and cable modem.
I want to split the connection from the terminal in the bedroom so that the cable still runs through to the living room but so I can have the VM box connected to a TV in the bedroom at the same time.
I have a splitter and the required cable but what would the likely impact be on signal strength to both boxes with 2 splitters in the line, in particular my Eurovox which will effectively pass through both splitters? Also any likely side effects to my broadband, which will also pass through the same 2 splitters?
If need be would an attenuator be my answer to any signal strength issues and if so could someone post a link to the exact product I would require, Maplins would be fine as there's one round the corner from me.
Thanks.
