Hi, I have followed the instructions below, but run into issues:

1- Power off box
2- Connect the Serial Cable to computer/laptop and box
3- Run the file Upgrade.exe
4. Make sure COM 1 is selected in the port setting.
5. Click Connect button.
6. Power on Box
7. Select Maincode (it was last in the list - in my case).

I am able to select maincode however the only options I have available is:

back, next (which is greyed out) and cancel. So I am unable to go any further on this.

Am i doing something wrong?, if so what and how can I get around this, really appreciate any support on this

Throw it in the bin & buy yourself a KV a780 or a Sat box.
