    EX6000SD - 1st Public Release

    EX6000SD 1st Public release

There are 3 ways to load this firmware:

    1) Easiest is to rename the file to KURO2.stb and put it on the root of a USB drive, the box will detect the firmware and update automatically

    2) Put in the root of a USB device and insert into box, on power up the box will detect the drive, press Menu, then from UTILS "Download", enter the PIN (0000), select the file and Press OK to load..

    3) Use the RS232 loader with the box connected to a PC with a null-modem cable

Do a factory reset and then scan for channels.

Cheers, good box from what I have seen so far, and hopefully the support is the same.

Nice OSD and easy to navigate. Tried with a few different drives and all performed fine.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams

Any reviews on this box yet? Hopefully this will be better than the 2 crappy Eurovox boxes I already have that do not work properly!

EX5000 locks up every day and needs reboot
      Ex1100USB, well say no more

Just a note trying to search for channels now, naming it KURO2.stb, but have spent the last hour searching for channel and doing this and that after naming it KURU2.stb from the instruction i got with the machine.
