ex7000 channel loader and editor

hi, i need help on how to use channel loader and editor for eurovox ex7000hd. i have downloaded STBM from this website but i have no clue on how to use it.

can someone give me step by step tutorial for both usb and null cable on how to use this editing software.

on the box press menu>usb>data transfer>ok>tbn up>scroll to channel then press ok this will put your channels onto your memory pen.
next put the channel list onto your pc
open up stbm click add, scroll to where you saved your channel list ,double click to load it click to highlight it ,then click edit then channel sort , highlight channel right click and add to fav you want when done save and put back on your box
