A few channels got scrambled :(

I've noticed that a few of my chanells get now message "scrambled channel" but yesterday they were OK.
Any ideas what's happened and how to fix it ?

My box is EX 1000 SL.
I bought it a week ago (flashed )
Scrambled channels : BIO and Comedy Central

ok m8 push menu on remote go to installation down to user installation press ok pin oooo then the colour button for update channels this will bring them all back

Yes I've done it .
You were right . it brought them back !!!!

But now I need sort my favourites again .

flash your box with this software m8 and when you update your channels they all will stay in the order you have put them in
