    Euro-Vox Max

    Right, got the box, got the leads and am trying to flash. Got a "red" box btw.
    Following guide in post on this site but when i connect box to lap - nothing. Try to download firmware - waiting for response from receiver.
    Sat here for an age and nothing - what am I doing wrong? please help as the wife is giving me some proper grief.

      make sure you have the right cable as the two cables are very similar to look at

        Com port blues. I had a similar problem with Vag 1.4

          This is doin me ed in - put in new firmware - manually put all codes in - channels scan - 31 channels - automatically updated codes - rescanned and still only 31 bloody channels! Now doin a deep scan but getting seriously pissed off.
          If anyone can help it would be greatly recieved.

            RIGHT - that's it - that's all

            Did the deep bloody scan and still only get 31 naff channels.
            Where are the other 300 or so?
            Anybody got a FULL channels list for virgin as that's what we get here in sunny Bradford ?

            Get back to me with any help or information that you think will be helpful.

              are you scanning on the right symbol rate 6887 or 6952 try both also go to menu>language settings>1968 and make the emulation is enabled

                Looks like the problem is not the box but a lack of signal - I am having it looked in to by a friend.
                Will let you know how I get on.........
