can someone help, I updated the firmware on my box to the december 2008 flash, now when pressing the ok button on the remote control to bring up all channels it doesn't work, I have also tried a master reset on the board but this does not do anything, I can get into the menu and use and channel up/down buttons etc. I cannot get into the menu to do a factory default.

any ideas,

the ok button may well be knackered

any ideas,

check that your remote is working by pressing it while pointing it into the lens of a mobile phone camera,if it dont flash its not working.
