eurovox ex1100 flashed but not finding any channels

hi just got a ex1100 plugged it all in and flashed it tried to do a deep scan and it is not finding any channels i have had a maxv box in the same place with no problems at all any suggetions?

see wat the symbol rate is on your max v and check it's the same on your ex1000
