whats really happening in bradford leeds

whats happening in bradford and leeds. i heard that vermin are rolling out new cards and that they are going to switching to nag3 as a test area first then nag3 is getting rolled out nationwide next year. can anyone confirm this or is this just the rumour mill going into overdrive. i thought nag3 would require new boxes being sent out, if rolling out nag3 is as simple as sending out new cards then why have vermin not done it already.

yes i see that boxes are going down but how do we know its nag3 and not just the same as what happened last year at the tart of december, we were all up and running again in less than a week. to be honest i was expecing it to go down again at this time.
