hi i have a eurovox an channels went down at 6, but theres hope, apparently all of virgin media is down at the moment. i am in oldbury,birmingham... so there is still hope for us all

welcome to dk, it looks as if its a vm fault rather than anything too serious in west midlands area as its been posted that vm boxes down too. leave it a while it should be back on later you can check website if any probs reported but dont phone them to say your eurovox down

thank you for the welcome, dont worry this aint my 1st box i called a proper virgin customer to see if they had the faults and on there V+ box they got no vhannels and they relayed the information they got

a friend who has a legit box with VM, they called the call centre. but cant back the information up as nothing on news or on VM website

plus if u know anyone with a legit VM box, call them an i bet they r having the same problems

Boxes down in Dudley also, seems whole area effected, everyone stand by for the influx of panic stricken Eurovox owners, then the whole nag 3 debate to rear its head again tomorrow and therafter.

folks stay calm remember they pulled the plug at this time last year and we were all up and running again within the week. things are ok up here in scotland but im expecting that it will go down any day now. lats just hope the guys on here can get us up and running again so quickly this time round.

I agreed with johnboy1974. Let's wait and see what happens in the next couple of hours...
