Best replacement for EX1100

Hi guys. Ordered a EX1100 last week, but reviews and general comments have been pretty poor. Have decided to return it, so can anybody reccomend a solid replacement? The chap I bought it from says he has some 1000sl's, but reading the forum comments the EX6000 seems to be more popular. Any help would be appreciated. Still got my aging Eurovox Max which has been brilliant, but a bit long in the tooth

dont buy one at all m8 i live in leeds and my boxes dont work virgin r changing there network so these boxes will be no good everywhere real soon

Cheers for the reply. Thats bad news. I knew that we wouldnt get long but hoped it would be a another couple of months at least.
