Lost all BBC stations in preston?

Hello, Can anyone give me a bit of help please. i seem to have lost all BBC programs. the rest are fine except them.

I live in preston and would love to know what I can do to bring them back without doing a full scan.

same problem in Liverpool. Tried rescan but get a message from dreambox that "coudn't open the service file - create/var/tuxbox/config/enigma".
Need help please!

A full scan would probably bring them back but since you dont want to do that you need somepone in your area to tell you what frequencies they are on and do a manual scan for them ....so how about it in Preston, anyone have the frequencies for the BBC channels .....
