Scrambled channels

Hi I have the Eurovox ex1100 usb and had the sep firmware and everything was working fine, now lots of channels have disappeared and others appear scrambled and are just blank, aby advice greatly appreciated.

What have you tried so far and what area/town ar you in?
If youre in a nag3 area...FORGET IT!

thanks for all the useful info you put up here.. like others my eurovox EX1100 USB box has lost all channels since 13th may (thurs) and no amount of scanning is bringing any channels back. just been reading about this ''nag3'' thingie and wondering if earls court, south-west london is affected? would appreciate any info and thanks in advance!

Cant get epg to work with any sometimes it does then goes off any ideas?
