MORE PROBLEMS!!!

Hello,
I recently having problems with my eurovox box. It keeps freezing. I have the eurovox EX1100. I bought a hard drive and that finaly works. Just having problem after problem. What do i need to do to make it good again?
Also does anyone know when the EPG problems are going to get fixed. Its really getting on my nerves! Thanks

The problem with the box freezing is a common one iam affraid, switch of box at plug and leave for a couple of mins, this works for me friend.
