hello can any 1 help i have a ex700hd and a starview box super may b the snow not sure but lots of channels are pixelated bad on both boxs some are fine some so bad cant watch can any 1 help plz ???

Hi m8 you will have to remove any splitters and check all connections if you are using both boxes at the same time try switching one off and see if it helps

hello and thanks m8 i rescan both boxs on 1 cable and i use 1 in day onits own and the starview in bed room at nite still the same we have 6-7in of snow here its very cold do u think that cud b the prob ???
