channels deleted by accident

I'm new to this so bear wit me , i've a eurovox ex1000sl and got a new tv for xmas but when hooking up my box to it i deleted all my channels , i'm in rep of ire so any help would be great ' thanks

what part m8 most of ire are gone to nag 3 so you will not receive channels sorry m8

thanks 4 replying i'm in galway , ntl land , had bout 8 r 9 channels until i deleted them by accident

try a deep scan m8 you will only get freeview sorry m8 try looking at our sat section plenty of new ideas there good luck m8
