Voiceover on channels

Can somebody Help Please.

On my ex1100usb i am getting an irritating voiceover on some channels explaining whats happening on screen.Deos anybody Know how to get rid of this.

Press the red button and choose a different audio,

You will find the audio settings by pressing the green button. You will see audio settings, switch to the other displayed setting and press ok. you should find that the audio description has gone. Where you you only have one audio setting, you will find you are stuck with the narration. Hope this helps.
