EX1000SL channels missing

hi, i have a ex1000sl and have flashed it with the latest firmware, i have connected it up correctly and scanned on 6.887 symbol rate witch is correct for Harlow. i get 87% signal rate, but only find about 14 tp's and am missing lots of channels, i also get about 15 - 20 duplicates of bbc1 and the same with itv1.

Can anyone help, could it be a firmware problem, has any one seen this before...

i have tried deep scan and changed symbol rates, i have installed about 10 box's in the past and never seen this problem...

Hi m8 try a factory reset then a deep scan on the symbol rate for your area and use a direct feed ie remove any splitters
