eurovox ex5100 pvr firmware help

hi im a new member and my mates just brought me his new erovox ex5100 pvr too flash..can anyone give me a quick guide on how to flash this and which software i should install on it?big thanks and hi to everyone on here

Hi I have downloaded the firmware for the ex5100 pvr and DID have all of the channels, albeit a few were scrambled. However now no matter what I do ALL channels are scrambled...is there any updated firmware available? Any help much appreciated

It all depends on what area you are in now m8, as some areas have migrated to N3 and no matter what you do it will be useless.
Areas switched over to Nagra 3
- Harrogate
- Leeds
- York
- Aylesbury
- Chesham
- Chiltern Hills
- Harrogate
- Rickmansworth
- South Hertfordshire
- St Albans (excw parts only)
- Watford
- Batley
- Dewsbury,
- Mirfield,
- Huddersfield
- Kirklee
- Ilford
- Folkestone and Ashford in Surrey

Well I am in Dorset and it seems it may have N3 as I have tried everything to fix it but nothing is working. Is there any way to go to the original firmware? That way I'd get some channels at least

if your saying your area is N3 how you going to get some channels back with original firmware

Confirmed Dorset including Bournemouth, Poole are on Nagra 3

Doesn't the eurovox original firmware pick up FTA channels, so shouldn't it be able to show some channels?
