Euro Vox Max latest software update 2009?

I have a problem with my box channels keep distorting and has been an ongoing issue.. I have tried many things but not been able to solve this, Was wondering what i need to do, How can I flash this if there is no new software update?

Software update 2009? if there is one.. Please could you help me, I have just bought a new TV want to get it working with that.

Hi m8 remove all splitters and use a dirict feed also check all connections are tight
