Anyone help plzzzz Eurovox Max not working

Could anyone please help, I got a Eurovox Max Red which was working fine for two months, suddently, all the channels were gone. I flashed the box again and did the factory default, the singal quality only gives me 8%, when I did power scan, no frequency came up at all.

Anyone knows what happened? Thank you so much!!!

There is a fix available for the 8% problem,you need to download the BigMaq toolbar and its in files and fixes ....

can you try another box on the same feed and see if you get any channels .ps are you scanning the right symbol rate for your area 6887 or 6952 try them both.

My another ex5000 works fine, the 8% fix is only for Max V not for Max Red. I have tried both symbol rate but still no luck

Could be a faulty tuner. I have seen a few with this problem and have fixed some by reflowing the solder on the rf connector.

I would try another reflash first, try an earlier firmware revision, I know it will not AU but it will allow you see if the tuner reacts the same way.

I've flashed so many times, but i will give it another go on UFL_MAX_RED_01_10_07 fingers X

flashed with UFL_MAX_RED_01_10_07, level & quality showed on everage more than 85% but after 500,mhz, level and quality dropped a lot, but still no channels comes out

Without a splitter in place and directly from the incoming feed?

If so it looks like a dry solder joint on the RF connection. Try to tighten the rf connector as much as possible when making the connection at the back of the box.

tried that all, but still no luck!!!
