Eurovox 5100 Remote

Hi

Has anyone else had problems with the remote on these boxes. I have changed the remote twice now after a couple of months the remotes work on a intermittenet basis.

Any help would be much appreciated.

my first remote had 4 buttons not working:

AUX RADIO TV ASPECT

bubble replaced it and its been fine since although i have noticed that you need to be in a direct line with the box or it doesn't respond

I'm experiencing problems with mine where as soon as I press a button the audio menu appears and I cannot exit it, has anyone else had this problem? if so, is there anything I can do to fix it rather than replace the remote?

had the same sort of problems with my remote, you had to be in direct line with it touching your head to get it to work.

quote off the missis "this is a load of rubbish your brought here" that helps when your trying to set it up.

finaly decided to buy a new remote just ?6 off *bay and its perfect now works like all remotes.

but, looking at the construction i can see they will ware quick so am thinking of keeping one in for when this dies
