Hi,

Have a ex100usb and took it to my mates house in Warrington i've used it there before without any issues. This time it would hardly find any channels was wondering what to do. As far as I am aware the freq is the same 6592 and 64qam can anyone help spent hours on it thanks guys!!!

P.s call cabling is ok no splitter etc he already has a vermin box which works on the same cable

try a factory default and rescan mate

and the symbol rate is 6952 not 6592

thanks for your replys i meant to say 6952 also done factory reset and re scanned. When i do a scan at my house it finds the channels quickly at my mates it only finds a few channels towards the end?!

try 6887 for the symbol rate
