Can you tell us if you have updated the box to the latest firmware?

no not yet need to get a usb adapter for my modem cable

is it pretty straight forward once u download firmware

how do u install the firmware

Hi m8, while you are waiting for the usb adaptor, have a good read of the red stickys here >Eurovox it will explain everything you need to know.

Once you have updated the firmware, you just scan for channels on the correct symbol rate and away you go m8, simple.

Ex5100 scrambled channels

Hi I have a ex5100 and it works great, I recommended this box to a friend and there box just comes up with scrambled channel!!! Is there anything that they can do to for this please????

eurovox ex5100 after downloading filmware and conecting cable a message appears waiting for response then nothing happens

No you did not.ITs a good one. i had mine a few months ago. but still cant record yet as i keep beying the wrong HHD. but the HD chanels also wont work jusy hoping there is a firware for it
