power scan problems eurovox max

had to rescan my eurovox max yesterday, i'm in newcastle symbol rate 6.952, if i start scan at 100.00Mhz, it picks up channels but when finished whilst all channels are visible am just getting black screen .. no signal... but when i start scan from say 270.00Mhz it picks up most channels and works fine, can anyone out there explain why

never heard of that one try a factory reset delete all channels then a power scan you will have to enable the emm after the scan.

vm are altering a lot of things, i did a scan 2 days ago, normally i get like 20 odd bbc1s and bout same with itv1, this time i picked up 1 bbc1 and 2 itvs, 1 was itv audio decscription and the other was itv yorkshire and i live in nottingham

press menu and on lanuguage settings press ok then type 1968 and enable the emulation
