channel frequencys

help please, like most people i lost all my channels the other day, so far i have got almost all of them to work again, but i dont have the living channels and the wife is doing my head in because she loves them, does any1 know the frequency of these channels. thanks.

They are spread out on 266.750,346.750,426.750 and 386.750 frequencys

thanks, do you know had 2 add a channel once you know the frwquency

Go into user installation hi-light the new frequency and press ok it will put a tick in front of it then press blue to do a manual scan.
