hi few of my channels went off and i was told to restore factory settings and rescan.. now my box doesnt pick up any channels at all inc radio... any1 know if this is the nag3 calling card

have you got the new cards? if not then its not the N3

maybe not scanning correct provider ,or outside fault maybe.

I have lost some channels too. I was sent new card about a month ago, but lost all the movies and espn the other day, don't wanna risk a reset in case I lose everything. West London

i took it to my mates house and rescanned and they all came up i thing nag3 is coming in postcode by postcode
