Eurovox Max 8% signal problems

Can anyone help me. I am trying to scan my eurovox max box after a long time, and I am only getting 8 - 20% signal quality, and unable to pick any channels up.

Details of the box are:

Model: DVB-XC BOX TDA
Software Version: 1.0 STC4 APR 21 2008

Can somebody advise whether this box is blue, red or black, and which firmware update I need to apply from BIGMAQ to solve the problem.

you can tell what box it is by looking at this Digital Kaos - Downloads - Eurovox...spot the difference and you can get the firmware from downloads

hi every1,totaly new to this.my prob is av had euro vox1100 for a while,got basic v package,plus a booster box from virgin to boost signal for tv and internet,was fine until my signal went from 82% to 28%,i hav virgin tv basic in my living room,and thats fine,thou the eurovox signal is low in the bedroom.pluged vbox bk in,thats fine.tryed to scan eurov,nothing.tp list says all frequencys r 28%.help coz wanna watch the new david haye fite,.any help would be gratefully appreciated.thanxs.
