EX1100 USB Scarmbled Channels

Hi, a couple of days we lost ESPN and Motors TV channels. Have flashed with the latest firmware and carried out power scans, deep scans and factory default etc but nothing has brought these channels back. Any suggestions as annoyingly these are the 2 channels we watch the most! In case anyone asks we are in the Portsmouth area.

virgin are changing the way they transmit the signal, the encryption has been changed over to a new one known as N3 (nagra 3) and it is not hacked nor is likely to be in the near future if at all.. Soon you will loose almost all your channels and your box will only pick up free to air channels like bbc1 & 2 etc..
